PS Corpus Christi Deferred Maintenance BP 4a

Project Description:

Project consists of building a complete fueling station including but not limited to; Sitework, Utilities, Concrete Foundations and Flatwork, Electrical, Controls, Monitoring and Canopy Installation.

Prebid meeting: There is an optional prebid meeting on the TFC DPS campus on Monday July 17th 2017 at 9am. Please meet Andrew Sorensen at the Central Plant building. Please contact Andrew at 402-599-0007 to confirm your attendance. 

Questions: 
All questions must be submitted to Kiewit by July 19, 2017 at noon. 

Schedule: 
Work will be performed between Quarter 4 of 2017 through Quarter 1 of 2018.

Supplemental information: Please submit and include the following with your bid. 
1. Bond rate or bond amount. Along with a letter from proposer’s surety indicating that they will provide a Payment and Performance Bond for 100% of the proposal amount. 
2. HUB certifications as applicable 
3. Attachment B – Subcontractor proposal form 
4. Attachment D – Supplemental information sheet

Salvaged material: All salvaged material costs will be credited to the owner. Subcontractors are required to recycle material and show proof of credited amount for a future deductive change order.
