Vaughn Construction, CM @ Risk, is requesting proposals for The UT Health San Antonio – Cancer Center – Clinical Renovations – Urschel Tower located at 7979 Wurzbach Road, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
SCOPE OF WORK:
Removals, Final Clean, Millwork, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Glass/Glazing, Drywall, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Signage, Equipment (Lab), Roller Window Shades, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, And Communications.
PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING:
Friday, August 4th, 2017 – 2:00 PM CT
The Pre-proposal Conference will be held at the UT Health San Antonio Facilities Management Conference Room 262, 7409 Merton Minter, San Antonio, Texas 78229. Further information will be presented at the Conference. Parking is limited so please carpool. PARKING: Lot 3 next to the Facilities Management Building.
