RFQ for: Artisan Park Development and/or Disposition Consulting Services

The following questions are asked: Question 1:

There are discrepancies between Section C Information To Be

Submitted (page 15 of the proposal) and the Checklist on page 121 for

tabs 1, 2, 4 and 8. For instance Profile of Firm, Company Biography is

requested under Tabs 1 (Checklist) and 3 (Section C). Please indicate

which we ought to adhere to.

For Tab 5 correct. Section 3 is also the Good Faith Compliance which must be completed as per Tab 7.

Yes, the M/WBE is located under Section D and those pages.

The Good Faith Effort Compliance Plan is located under Section D, in the Section 3 pages.

Tab 5 (under Section C): Since we are not claiming Section 3 Business

Preference, this section of our submittal will be blank, correct?

Tab 6: To clarify: is this the M/WBE Utilization Statement form on

pages 91-93?

Tab 7: please identify which pages of the RFQ constitute the Good

Faith Effort Compliance Plan that needs completed?

With regard to Financial Viability: 1) Is this required as it is under

Section C but not part of the Checklist; and 2) if required, may we

provide a digital file of the firm’s 2016 audit on a cd? It is nearly 250

pages in length.

The Financial Viability can be a Profit and Loss Statement or a condensed version of the audit. The audit can be sent in cd/USB flash drive if desired. Please note there must be one in each proposal copy and the original.

What is the overall budget for this RFQ?

Currently there isn’t an established budget. It’s anticipated to be over $50,000.00, which is why the formal proposal.

Question 7:
Answer 7: Yes, just be sure to include the requirements for getting a subcontractor

approval, such as the company profile.

Question 8: What will drive the decision to extend the bid due date? Answer 8: Lack of submissions or number of requests are factors taken into

consideration for an extension.

Question 9: When will we be notified of an extension should one be granted? Answer 9: We will send an addendum approximately an hour prior to the bid due time.

Question 10: How long after bid closing will a bid be awarded?
Answer 10: Once submission of bids to SAHA closes June 26th, we will make our

recommendation and it will go to the board for approval at the first August meeting.

If a subcontractors profile is submitted along with the original bid, will

that suffice to get approval for them?
