“Sowing Oats of Entrepreneurship: The Power of a Dreamer” was the theme of the Alamo City Black Chamber of Commerce Annual Founders’ Banquet Celebration held on Thursday, November 8, 2007, at the AT&T Community Centre at San Fernando.
The outstanding motivational keynote speaker was San Antonio’s business professional and entrepreneur Sandra Steen. Ms. Steen is a world-renowned inspirational speaker, business consultant and author. She is the president and CEO of Sandra Steen & Associates, Inc. and Ms. Steen’s Oats of Joy Cookie Mix. Her dynamic presentation on “Sowing Oats of Entrepreneurship: The Power of a Dreamer” was well received by an audience of 450, “wowed” and inspired by her ability to superimpose the aura of speaking directly to each person. She also provided each guest with a box of her Oats of Joy Cookie Mix, compliments of HEB.
