Sabre Commercial will be accepting proposals for the Hops & Grains, located at Crossroads Center, 110 East M.L.K. Drive, Suite 200 in San Marcos, Texas 78666.
Project Description:
The Project consists of a new Tenant Finish inside an existing one story conventional steel framed masonry veneered building, 21,444 gsf.
Scope of Work:
The Project will include but not be limited to selective building demolition (sawcut and concrete removal),concrete, stained concrete, masonry, cold formed metal framing, miscellaneous metal fabrications, rough carpentry, plastic laminate millwork, countertops, building insulation, joint sealants, wood doors, hollow metal frames, hardware, glazing, window system, mirrors, gypsum board wall systems, acoustical ceiling tile, ceramic tile, painting, overhead doors, restroom accessories, restroom metal partitions, fire-protection specialties, Big Ass Fan, plumbing, trench drains, HVAC, electrical, drilled piers and exterior improvements.
