The scope of the project consists of a new 400 SF slab on grade CMU block
building to house new water pump(s), sand filters, and blowers. All existing above
grade plumbing piping to be replaced. All existing electrical lighting, electrical
panel, receptacles, and motor starters to be replaced. The new facility will be
connected to the existing standby generator.SpawGlass requires subcontractors to obtain the following insurance policies: Workmen Comp, General Liability, and Automobile at a $1,000,000 policy and Excess/Umbrella at a $2,000,000 policy with additional insured endorsements. SpawGlass requires subcontractors to provide payment and performance bonds for any contracts exceeding $100,000.
